How to use  turmeric massage  soap, Aloe  vera mask , Bye bye insecurities oil on the  face: began by washing your face with a clean wet cold face  cloth then grab your turmeric soap bar and lather desired amount in your hand an  apply all over face  DO NOT RUB SOAP  BAR DIRECTLY ON FACE . Once soap is all over the face allow to sit for 5-10 seconds. Next rinse off soap and go in with  your aloe  mask, apply mask all over the face and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes to be sure it’s working it’s magic . After your 10-15 minutes is up grab your clean face cloth and rinse off mask with cool water . At this time you should realize your face is feeling nice and soft but your not just done yet . Lastly go in with 2-3 drops of your bye bye insecurity oil and gently massage into the face .

 How to use turmeric massage  soap, Aloe  vera mask , Bye bye insecurities oil & Scrub on body:  began by using a damp wash cloth and remove dirt and access oil on the body where you wish to remove dark spots . Next apply aloe mask to target dark areas . Allow mask to sit for 10-15 minutes to be sure it’s working it’s magic . Once your 10-15 minutes is up you may now began to  rinse off mask In the shower an began using  your turmeric soap bar in the same areas mask has been applied  . Be sure that you wet your hands an rub turmeric soap bar in hands  to start up your desired lather. Once your  dark spots have been lathered up allow soap to sit  for 10 seconds  then proceed to rinse off soap an go in with your body  scrub .Feel free to apply scrub all over body to exfoliate  or in desired targeted  dark areas . Once you are done rinse scrub  off the body, you should notice that your body feels soft and moisturized. Lastly dry off and apply your bye bye insecurity oil all over body or in targeted areas. 

How often should I use these products ?

 

- turmeric massage  soap 3-4x a week on targeted dark spots ( if you have dry skin do not use more than 3x a week on the face ) 

-Aloe  vera mask 3-4x a week on targeted dark spots ( if you have dry skin do not use more than 3x a week on the face ) 

-Bye bye insecurities oil can be used daily on both the face and the body 

-turmeric scrub 2-3x a week please do not over exfoliate the skin
